You can check if your organisation is a member of LGiU here.
Sign up here to choose which emails you’d like to receive.
Just click ‘manage preferences’ on any email from LGiU. You can choose which bulletins you receive and what topics you get them on.
Check that your council is still a member of LGiU. Subscribers at councils who resign from membership will stop receiving our email bulletins.
Check your spam or junk folder in your inbox for Daily News. If it’s there, mark it as ‘not spam’ or ‘not junk mail’. It will move into your inbox and you should start to receive it again.
If you can, check your spam filter settings to make sure ‘lgiu.org.uk’ or ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ aren’t blocked.
Add our email address – email@example.com – to your ‘safe senders’ list, contact list or address book.

If subscribers have tried all the above steps, please check that lgiu.org.uk is on your corporate ‘safe senders’ list or whitelist.
If possible, please whitelist our IP address. We have a fixed IP address for our bulletins, which are sent via MailChimp: 18.104.22.168
This comes with a dedicated send domain: mail195.wdc02.mcdlv.net.
Check your email settings. Some email clients will have an ‘autofit emails to display’ function. If you uncheck this on your email settings, Daily News will display properly in your inbox.
Some email clients will not display Daily News properly. You can click ‘view this email in your browser’ on any email to view a better-rendered versio of Daily News.
