Collaborate CIC and the Co-operative Councils Innovation Network (CCIN) published the report “From Co-operative Councils to Co-operative Places”. It reviews five years of “Co-operative Councils” and looks to their future, drawing particular lessons from two councils, Oldham and Sunderland. This briefing summarises and comments on this report.
