    1. James Maker (CCN) says:

While there are some reports of low turnout we shouldn’t underestimate the work of Counties up and down England to promote local elections.

For the past few weeks as part of Out for the Count and our Your County Matters Campaign we have been highlighting the videos, infographics and social media activity Counties have been using to reach out to voters, young and old, and explain to voters the services at stake in today’s vote.

Today our twitter feed has been alive with more of the same, with some great interaction with Out for the Count.

If turnout is low, no one can excuse councils of not going that extra mile to promote local democracy

    2. Angela parton says:

Where can I find out who is standing for the Newhall area

      1. Jane Sankarayya says:

Hi Angela – Democracy Club’s ‘Who can I vote for?’ tool should help you find out about your local candidates – https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/
